Dramatic changes in diet are not sustainable.  The weight falls off and comes right back.  Calorie counting is inaccurate and tedious.  Excercise is crucial to overall health but if you really want to remove the extra weight you are carrying, reduce your portion sizes.  Bites does exactly that.  

Bites will take a baseline measurement of your daily average and reduce it by 20%.  The reduced measurement becomes your target.  At first it will be difficult to hit the target.  Some days you may completely fall off the wagon.  Don't get discouraged.  A lifestyle transformation doesnt happen overnight.  Keep working at it and you will see the results.  As you begin to see your transformation please let us know how you are doing!
